Matt Fisser, CPA – Embark FAAS Central Region Leader

Matt started his career with KPMG, serving as a senior associate in the firm’s audit practice for nearly five years, followed by key roles with the Walton Group and Riveron.

Joining Embark as a managing director and now serving as the FAAS central region leader, Matt is also the head of the 842 cohort at Embark.

Melinda Pitcher, CPA – Embark Manager

Melinda comes to Embark from KPMG, where she spent two years as an audit and senior audit associate.

She joined Embark in 2021 as a senior consultant, rising to manager in the firm’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice in 2023.

Amanda Nessel, CPA – Trullion Strategic Alliances Manager

With over six years of experience at PwC in Advisory and Assurance, Amanda now serves as a Strategic Alliances Manager at Trullion. In this critical role, she ensures Partners are enabled to successfully implement the software and identifies mutually beneficial partner opportunities.

Embark is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.NASBARegistry.org.

Record retention policy
Embark will maintain participant information in its CPE database for a period of five (5) years.

Program cancellation policy
Embark may at its discretion cancel a course program, delay a course program offering, or replace a previously announced course program with a course program of similar content. For external participants, Embark will make every effort to provide sufficient notification of a change of title or cancellation via e-mail to registered participants or via other marketing communications.  Embark reserves the right to substitute speakers in the case of instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Due to this program being offered free of charge, there will be no refunds issued.

Complaint resolution policy
Embark will resolve complaints or answer questions regarding course programs or CPE Certification questions in a professional and timely manner for both internal and external participants.  Any complaints may be sent to cpe@embarkwithus.com and Embark will respond as soon as possible.
